Cause The issue is because in the sys_sg_button_instance record, the parent table is pointing to sys_sg_details_screen instead of sys_sg_screen.

Resolution To fix this, update instances to sys_sg_screen

1) Go to sys_sg_button_instance 2) Filter out the button instances that needs to be updated. 3) Change the Parent table to sys_sg_details_screen
