Even if the configurations are there for CC and BCC field in the script those will be disregarded. If this property is set to empty value then the CC / BCC recipients as set as well. Please empty this property to achieve populating CC and BCC. Steps to Clear: Open the glide.email.test.user property record in system properties.Click the Value fieldDelete any email address (leave blank)Click Update or Save.
