Workday Integration - Re-hired employees are not updated in [hr_job_profile] and [sys_user] tables Description If an employee is terminated and then re-hired in the workday system, the workday integration does not update the status in the sys_user table, and the job profiles are not created for the re-hired employees.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Terminate an employee. 2. Run workday integration. Verify the record is deleted from the job profile table, and the sys_user status is set to inactive. 3. Rehire the employee in workday. 4. Run workday integration. The employee status is not set to 'Active', and the job profiles are not created.

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
