Users can upload attachments to a RITM record submitted from Service Portal even if the "Hide Attachment" option is checked on a catalog item
If the "Hide Attachment" option is checked on a catalog item, users can still upload attachment to the RITM record after being submitted from Service Portal.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Apple iPad 3 catalog item and add the "Hide Attachment" field to the form if it is not present.
2. Check the "Hide Attachment" option and save the record.
3. Log in or impersonate a user, e.g. Joe Employee and look for the Apple iPad 3 catalog item.
4. Submit the request.
5. Open the RITM record from Service Portal. Users are able to add/upload any attachments after submitting a request.
This is expected behaviour and by design in all currently supported releases.
