Usually, only users with "scrum_user" role can see the Agile Board and hence be able to create VTBs. In the filter navigator, type "vtb_board.list"2. In the Name column, search the Sprint and go to the record.3. Delete the record4. Now impersonate a different user with the proper role and go to Sprint Tracking's Board view.5. A new VTB will be created with a new owner and you should be able to see all the records in the storyboard.
