Unable to see the share icon in dashboards Issue Users unable to see '+' icon and share icon in dashboards

Cause The root cause is the 'responsive canvas for dashboards' is disabled in the entire instance.

Resolution We need to enable 'glide.cms.enable.responsive_grid_layout' system property on the instance. By default, it is set to false on upgrade instance and True for fresh instances.

Below are the steps 1. Navigate to sys_properties.list 2. Search for the property 'glide.cms.enable.responsive_grid_layout' 3. Make the 'Value' field to True

By changing the value to true sharing option will be visible.

Other than activating responsive dashboards, there is one way to share or add content on the dashboard for non-responsive dashboards
