Table-Knowledge Applied to Tasks (m2m_kb_task) does not get updated when attaching a knowledge article with an HR case.Issue m2m_kb_task table does not get updated when a knowledge is attached to a custom HR case table. ResolutionIn order to fix the issue we should check the "search action Configuration" , "attach" record corresponding to the HR table under contextual search->Table configuration. If we open this cxs_ui_action_config record, check for the value in field "action value". It should be set to "attach". action value : attach If this is "Attach" or any other value, issue will occur.
