After New York upgrade the all existing knowledge base is not accessible in Service PortalDescriptionAfter upgrading to New York or later, while viewing a KB Article from different knowledge bases, Service Portal throws the error: "You do not have sufficient privileges to access this knowledge item".Only articles from Knowledge bases which are newly added to the portal can be viewed.Steps to Reproduce 1. Make sure that the com.snc.knowledge_serviceportal plugin is not installed. 2. Upgrade to a late Madrid patch. 3. Check again that the com.snc.knowledge_serviceportal plugin is not installed. 4. Upgrade to New York or later release. 5. Check that com.snc.knowledge_serviceportal is now activated after instance restart. Now because of this Plugin while viewing following KB Article, it throws errors. Navigate to http://NY_Instance/sp?id=kb_article&sys_id=bab62352b3f31300e64be12b86a8dc6dExpected - Article should open.Actual - it throws errors.
