Notice that the contents on the dashboard are actually displaying from the problem dashboard.ReleaseAll that use the Virtual Agent Analytics Dashboard (com.glide.cs.pa)" plugin.CauseThe behavior is due to the "non-responsive" dashboards being enabled in the instance. Please note that this is an application-wide change, so it will affect all users and all dashboards. This might change the layout of your existing dashboards, but the content on your dashboard would remain as is and correct. The newer responsive dashboards are enhanced for better user experience to add/edit content on the dashboard. The sharing of the dashboard is also easier.
