Go to Archive Rule: Incident - Inactive and closed over 6 months 2. Change the Condition to closed before 2017-01-01 00:00:00 by date picker or Last 2 years3. Checked Active checkbox 4. Update 5. Get Message 'Rule has been made inactive because of change in conditions 6. Active will be uncheckedExpected behaviorScheduling archive event as the conditon setup and provide the message and Active stay as checked same as OOB condition 'last 6 months'Actual behaviorThe archive is not scheduled with specific date on the condtion and Active checkbox is not savedWorkaroundAfter carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
