Openframe popup window cannot be moved or closed Description Login into Servicenow Click on phone icon Openframe window opens in the left top corner. The header of the openframe appears to be invisible and hence cannot be moved or closed. Need to refresh the screen for it to disapear.

Cause This is related to system property glide.ui.js_includes which when set to false will cause this behavior.

Resolution Out of the box this value is set to true.
