Activate the plugin "ITSM Mobile".2. Navigate to Studio.3. Select "ITSM Mobile" Application.4. Click to open the List Applet "Assigned Incidents"5. In the selected fields section, move down the State or remove State to All fields.6. Click the Save button. Observe the message "Record saved successfully".7. Close the List Applet and open it again in the studio.9. Access any List Applet in the "Incidents" Application Launcher on Agent Mobile App. Observe the selected fields are still OOB. They are not changed or reordered according to step 4.WorkaroundAfter carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience. The workaround is to add a copy of the same item view, and make the list view and the form view use separate item views. Find the Item View associated with the Applet (sys_sg_item_view.list). If there is relevant "xxx Detail xxx" Item View, then move Form Screen to "xxx Detail xxx" Item Views. Otherwise, create a new Item View using "Insert and Stay". For the "Assigned Incidents" Applet, apply the main Detail Item View to the Incident Form Screen. Since New York Patch 3 the data invisibility issue is resolved.Related Problem: PRB1364086
