If no such view is found for that table, only the display 'name' will appear which may not be helpful enough.ResolutionThe resolution is to define a 'sys_ref_list' for that table. This can be done by following these steps: Navigate to https://instancename.service-now.com/affected_table_list.do?sysparm_view=sys_ref_listUse the List Controls to select Configure > List Layout and select the desired fields, then save. That is all it takes to define/customize the 'sys_ref_list' view.
