Chat Request submitted outside of allowable hoursIssue Customers may run into issues where a chat seemingly was submitted successfully outside of the scheduled hours of a chat queue.ReleaseAll releasesCauseThere may be multiple causes for this issue, however one item to check is the timezone of the instance versus the timezone of the user reporting the issue.ResolutionCheck to make sure the user's timezone is not different from the instance timezone property, glide.sys.default.tz. For example, if a user reports that a chat was submitted at 7:01pm Eastern time, when the scheduled hours of operation are 9am to 6pm, check to make sure the schedule is in Eastern time, rather than something else, like Central time.
