To resolve this: Navigate to Service Portal > PortalsOpen the record where Title = Service PortalScroll to the Search Sources related listClick Edit and add the Knowledge Base as a search sourceSave the record Once the Knowledge Base is added as a search source, typeahead search results will return Knowledge articles as expected.
