The duplicate records can be seen by following the steps below: Go to Contextual Search > Table configurationOn the list open the "Case [sn_customerservice_case]" table configuration with the "Platform" UI type.Scroll down and open the "Search Action Configurations" tab.Note that there are duplicate records for each action. Both duplicate search action records are identical, the only difference is the "Action value", one has the action value starting in low case and the other starts with an upper case (i.e.: for Attach, in one of the records, the "Action value" is "attach" while in the duplicate it is "Attach").CauseThis duplicate records issue could happen in some cases where plugins installation order is not regular.ResolutionThis can be fixed by simply deleting the extra records with the upper case "Action value" (i.e.: "Attach") and keep those records with the "Action value" in low case (i.e.: "attach").
