Remove the attach buttons from the article list and preview within an incident or caseIssue How to remove the "Attach" and "Attach To Incident" (for incidents) or "Attach To Case" (for cases) buttons from the article list and preview within an incident or case?ResolutionIn order to remove the attach buttons please follow the steps below: Go to Contextual Search > Table configurationOn the list open the "Incident [incident]" item (for incidents) or "Case [sn_customerservice_case]" (for cases) with the "Platform" UI type.Scroll down and from the "Search Action Configurations" tab, find the "Attach" item with the "KnowledgeSearchResource" Search resource.Scroll to the right and set the "Active" attribute to false.The "Attach" button will be removed from the Article list and from inside the preview pop up window. Please note: It is not possible to disable the "Attach" button only for the list view or only for the preview pop up window. It will be visible both for the list view and preview view or hidden in both places.
