Applying a project template on a project will cause the time constraint field to be automatically set to manual.Issue The "Manual" Label in the "Time_Constraint" dictionary entry was disabled; however, applying a project template still automatically sets the "time_constraint" field in the related list's Project Task to "manual".Notice in the picture below that all the project task's time constraint is "manual": ReleaseLondon and MadridCauseThis occurs because the project that created the template had project tasks whose "time constraint" field was set to "manual". The project template's tasks inherited the parent project's task's time constraint".The project template task's "show xml", shows that the parent project task's "time_constraint" was manual. ResolutionIn order to resolve this issue:* The user can create a new project with the configurations they would like to have (e.g. time_constraint is set to "asap"), and create project templates from that new project. Things to Note:1. Changing the default value in the dictionary entry for time constraint does not change what the template's already defined value. The project that created the templates had previous project tasks whose time constraint was set to "manual".2.Default dictionary values only apply when there is no value provided. Since the templates themselves have provided a time constraint value for each of the project tasks, that takes precedence over the dictionary entry.
