Visiting a classic mobile module within SN Mobile Application crashes the app on Android - Known Error

Visiting a classic mobile module within SN Mobile Application crashes the app on Android Description After navigating to the classic mobile app from the new agent application, clicking any module crashes the app. Users can only get into cases from classic mobile app, not from Agent classic app.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Studio and select any Application i.e. Field Service.

2. Create an Applet of type=URL

3. Go to the newly created applet and set: URL = /$m.do Relative URL = true

4. Login to the new Mobile App from an android device.

5. Go to the newly created Applet, you will be redirected to the classic mobile app.

6. From the navigator, select any module. The App crashes and no related module can be shown.

Workaround This problem has been fixed. There is no workaround available. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
