Steps to reproduce: Impersonate a walk-up user Navigate to walk-up portalSelect a location on the walk-up portal pageSelect the "Queue" tabObserve that the location name is blank Release or EnvironmentAny ReleaseCauseThe location field is empty on the walkup portal because the "City" field in Locations record in the Walk up location queue must be blank. Thus the location name doesn't show up on the portal.ResolutionTo resolve the issue follow steps given below: Navigate to wu_location_queue.list in filter navigatorOpen the affected Location queue which doesn't display the name on portalOpen the record by clicking the "i" icon besides Location fieldObserve that City field is blank. Type a city name in that field.Save the change Impersonate as a walk-up user, navigate to the walk-up portal and check for the changes made. Location will get displayed on the portal.
