If no value is specified here it uses "America/Los Angeles". For walk-up use case, we recommend using a non system timezone on location record for all the UIs to correctly show the time and hours of operation. It is also one of the reasons why we show the below info message on wu_location_queue table when no schedule timezone is specified and location timezone is set to system timezone. "This walk-up location will behave as if no schedule is attached until a time zone is defined in either the schedule or the location." (Setting it to system timezone returns an empty value.) Internally our widgets always need a timezone either coming from schedule or location and should not be empty.ResolutionKindly set the timezone of the location other than the system timezone. The feature is working as expected and we can work with our tech writer to add that in the documentation for upcoming release.
