Knowledge Portal - on entering search text, existing filters getting removedIssue Search within Knowledge Management Service Portal does not retain filter applied .ResolutionWe already have a Problem PRB1347671 created for this concern.Our Product Team has since closed the Problem Ticket as "working as expected". They have mentioned that the Search widget was not designed to retain filters added via the "Refine Results" widget.When you perform a new search, the filters you selected earlier on the Knowledge Management search results page are not saved. You must reselect the filters that you want to apply for every search.The above has since been added to documentation for our New York release and will also be backported to our Madrid and London documentation. We also have an Enhancement Request (FTASK44898) created for this. With this Enhancement Request, our Product Team will look into implementing this functionality into one of our upcoming releases.
