"My work" filter no working for ITIL userIssue Task assigned to the user not showing up in 'My Work' filter for that user.ResolutionThere are two scenarios for this. 1.Sometimes the state of the task is closed/complete.Thus the Task is not Active anymore. So in My work if the filter has 'Active is true' condition the Task will not show up in the list. Make sure to check the state . 2.Sometimes the user has more than one profiles in his name and the Task is assigned to other profile than the 'My work' filter is. Go to sys_user.list and check the user name to see if that user has more than one profile. Make sure it matched with the Same user the Task is assigned to.
