Live Updates (field changes) on Service PortalLive forms don't work in Service Portal like the way they work on Native UI. This is because Live forms (live updates to field changes, user presence on a record) are not supported in Service Portal UI. Here is an example of the difference in the behavior between portal and platform UI: Login/Impersonate as an Admin2. Open any RITM in Service portal with OOTB form.3. Without closing the previous window, open a new one and open the same item in the Platform/Native UI.4. Make any change in Native UI, for example adding a user to watch_list and Save.5. Portal View doesn't get updated.6. Add a different user to the watch_list on portal view and save.7. The registry gets updated again and the previous value of watch_list get modified without giving the end-user the possibility of notice that is overwriting anything. This is expected behavior in Service Portal.Service Portal does not currently have support for live forms. This feature has not been implemented since Service Portal debuted in Helsinki.
