Connect throws "Can't connect to server, reconnecting..." errorIssue In certain scenarios, Connect Support users and/or agents may see the following error at the bottom of their Connect Chat window: "Can't connect to server, reconnecting..." CauseThere may be an excessive number of records in the live_group_member table for the affected user. To verify, navigate to live_group_member.list and filter on the following: Member is (affected user/agent) State is not Inactive We would expect to see less than 20 records here normally.ResolutionMake sure the "State" and "Visibility" columns are showing on this live_group_member list. We want State to be Inactive, and Visible to be false. Export the list as XML if necessary (for backup purposes) and then change state to inactive, and visible to false.
