There is a user "HR Admin" which has the admin, security admin, and the HR Admin role, but still, he is not able to give the "sn_hr_core.admin" role to any other user. Steps to Reproduce Log in with a user having "sn_hr_core.admin" Role.Select any other non-hr admin user.Scroll down to the roles related list and select edit.Add the hr admin [sn_hr_core.admin] roleThe role is not given to the userCause"HR Admin" user doesn't have the role sn_hr_integrations.admin assigned to him. This seems to be failing because the access handler "AssignableByRoleAccessHandler" is refusing the create operation in sys_user_has_role table. The role sn_hr_integrations.admin role should automatically be inherited when sn_hr_core.admin is assigned. Seems like the roles were not properly inherited for "hr admin" user.ResolutionRecommend to remove and reassign the "sn_hr_core.admin" role to the user.
