The reference qualifier for the Item parameter field on the Screen parameters mapping table is not updated when upgrading to early New York

Description

The reference qualifier for the Item parameter field on the Screen parameters mapping table is not updated when an instance is upgraded from Madrid to New York.
Table: Screen parameters mapping [sys_sg_screen_param_map]
Field: Item parameter [item_parameter]
Madrid value: javascript: 'parent=' + current.screen.data_item.sys_id;
New York value: javascript: new GetScreenItemParametersQueryString().getItemParametersQS();
Because this value is not changed, Item parameters added to a Data Item are not available when adding Screen UI Parameter Mappings on an Applet for upgraded instances.
