Service Portal page services_status fails to display the date in French language showing "NaN"


Description

Service Portal page services_status displays the date as "NaN" after changing to French language if the Time Card Portal plugin is active.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install "I18N: French Translations" plugin
    A. Go to v_plugin_list.do
    B. Search for "I18N: French Translations" plugin
    C. Right Click on the "I18N: French Translations" plugin and select "Activate"
    D. Click on Activate.

    2. Install "Time card portal" plugin
    A. Go to v_plugin_list.do
    B. Search for "Time card portal" plugin
    C. Right Click on the "Time card portal" Plugin and select "Activate"
    D. Click on Activate.

    3. Install "Project Portfolio Suite Portal" plugin
    A. Go to v_plugin_list.do
    B. Search for "Project Portfolio Suite Portal" plugin
    C. Right Click on the "Project Portfolio Suite Portal" plugin and select "Activate"
    D. Click on Activate.

    4. Go to service portal home page /sp?sysparm_stack=no
    4. Click on "System status" on top right corner
    5. Check the "Status History" header
    See the date is showing in correct format: Status History Sep 1 Sep 2 Sep 3 Sep 4 Sep 5.

    5. Go to Home Page /nav_to.do?uri=%2Fhome.do
    6. Go to "Settings" > General > Language
    7. Change the language to "French"
    8. Go to "services_status" service portal home page /sp?id=services_status
    9. Check the "Historique d'├ętat" header
    See the date is not showing in correct format: Historique d'├ętat NaN NaN NaN NaN NaN.

Workaround

This problem has been fixed. There is no workaround available. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
