Email parser is not creating SIR records.Issue Although emails are generated to match an email parser, SIR records are not created.ResolutionThe behavior is seen due to all the 'Field Transform' records associated to the email parser were set on Task Observable (sn_ti_m2m_task_observable) table. Once a new field transform was created and set on the Security Incident (sn_si_incident) table, SIR and Task Observable records are generated as expected.
