Knowledge articles are not displaying the article body in the portal and instead show "View or download the attachments below"Issue When trying to view certain articles in the Service Portal they do not show the article content and instead, just have the message "View or download the attachments below" These articles should have the "Attachment link" field checked on the article.CauseThis is working as expected and the widget code is explicitly coded if that "Attachment link" is checked it will not show the article text but instead only show that message "View or download the attachments below".ResolutionSince this is the intended behavior of the platform, you will need to uncheck Attachment Link to view the contents of the article in the portal. You may also need to check Display Attachments instead which would allow the users to still download the attachments from the article.
