Steps to Reproduce

On the incident, form right-click and select: configure form layout. From available field expand the Caller -field. Bring Caller. Location in the selected and save. From the incident form, open the tree picker pop-up from the caller.location. Try to select any location and notice that they cannot be selected and error will be created in JavaScript console of the web browser.

ERROR MESSAGES

The error from Webbrowser Console below: VM1147:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'value' of null at reflistPick (js_includes_last_doctype.jsx:2310) at f (eval at deferredClickHandler (gwt_tree2.jsx:831), :1:39) at e.deferredClickHandler (gwt_tree2.jsx:832) at HTMLAnchorElement. (js_includes_doctype.jsx:11)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

On the Incident form, be able to select the "Location" from tree picker pop-up window.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR

On the Incident from, if you are selecting the "Location" from the tree picker popup nothing happens. (Although, an error prompt in the Development console of the webbrowser appears.)

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of this problem, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
