In Connect Support, the queues do not seem to update unless a browser refresh is initiated. The "Accept" button may also stay on screen after accepting a Support Chat.

This could be a caching issue, and could also be an issue with the Connect Processor.
Cache should be cleared locally first, to see if that clears the issue up. If not, check the "Connect Processor" sys_amb_processor record to make sure it is out-of-box and not modified. Compare the code from the affected instance with the out-of-box code. If there are any differences, use the "revert to base system" UI action on the related upgrade history record.
