Steps to Reproduce: Login to the instanceOpen any Kb (knowledge base) Article > Click on SubscribeImpersonate with Knowledge Owner > Open the same article which has been subscribed > Check Out - Update - PublishGo to emails > We see that the email will not be triggered to the subscriber about the update in the KB Article ReleaseRomeCauseThe 'Notification: KM Subscription: Article revised in KB' is Inactive.Also, "Fanout to the stream" was unchecked for that particular Activity Type on the "sn_actsub_activity_type" table.ResolutionActivate "Revise Notification" and Check Mark "Fanout to the stream" to fix this issue.
