Keyboard on Android Mobile App does not disappear after clicking on Done/Enter for a Select Box/Reference field


Description

Keyboard on Mobile App stays active even after clicking on Done/Enter for a Select Box/Reference field.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a Catalog Item with a reference field to any table with data.
    3. Open the Android Mobile app.
  2. Open the Catalog Item through Service Portal.
    4. Click on the reference field and search for any result.
    5. Click on Done/Enter, the record will be selected and the keyboard will still stay on.

Workaround

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
