Software Model Lifecycles [sam_sw_model_lifecycle] are not getting created.Issue Software Model Lifecycles [sam_sw_model_lifecycle] are not getting created even after enabling the cds_client_schedule jobs and the content is being pulled correctly.ReleaseSoftware Asset Management plugin is activated.CauseSoftware Model Lifecycles / sam_sw_model_lifecycle is updated by the scheduled job "SAM - Create lifecycles for a software model". https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sysauto_script.do?sys_id=fe829c66e77013003dd10558d2f6a9e7 This job checks if there are any software models with lifecycles_generated set to false. If there are any then it would generate the Software Model Lifecycle records only when there is a lifecycle data (that is samp_lifecycle_definition which is filled by the job Download Software Content: Lifecycle Definitions) for Discovery maps on the software model. It could be possible that the content does not have lifecycles for the DMAP's that are used to create software models. In that case, it would not be able to generate lifecycles for certain models. ResolutionSince the content library is being constantly refined and new content is being sent out every week, hence the lifecycles will be generated for software models if a match for the discovery maps is found.
