Troubleshooting: Updating an IdP record enables auto redirect for that IdP by defaultIssue <!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } When an IdP record is updated — even with a minor change — the Auto Redirect IdP checkbox is set to true for that IdP. Because this checkbox is read-only, to turn it off, go to system properties and set the value of the system property `glide.authenticate.sso.redirect.idp` to empty. This article explains how to avoid this default behaviour. Going forward this feature will be controlled via Set as Auto Redirect IdP Related Link(s) only and not when you simply update the IdP record. Deactivate the business rule MultiSSO - Activated second IDP. After deactivation, updating an IdP record no longer sets the Auto Redirect IdP checkbox to true for that IdP. This feature is then controlled via the Set as Auto Redirect IdP related link only, and not when the IdP record is updated. 1. Log in to the instance as an administrator. 2. Navigate to System Definition > Business Rules. 3. Search for MultiSSO - Activated second IDP and open the record. 4. Deactivate the business rule and save the record. 5. To clear an existing redirect, navigate to System Properties for glide.authenticate.sso.redirect.idp, locate the property glide.authenticate.sso.redirect.idp, and set its value to empty.
