Planning Console Does not display columns, tasks, or Gantt chart. Issue Planning Console Does not display columns, tasks, or Gantt chart. The UI buttons will display.

Release All Environments

Cause "Dhtmlx-Gantt" and "Planning console" widgets are not up to date or customized.

Resolution 1. Navigate to Service Portal > Widgets 2. In the Name column search for "Planning console" 3. In the Versions related list, select the latest record with the Source of "System Upgrades: glide-LATEST_RELEASE..." 4. In the Related Links, select "Revert to this version" and click OK when prompted 5. Perform the same steps for the "Dhtmlx-Gantt" widget if needed.
