Service Portal support for text alignment from Right-to-Left (RTL).DescriptionThe ServiceNow platform does not support Right-to-Left (RTL) alignment in Service Portal at the moment. Some languages, such as Arabic and Hebrew, are written from the right to the left (RTL). Most Western languages such as English, French, Spanish, etc. are written from the left to right (LTR). In the next section of this KB article, there is an example of an RTL language (Hebrew) in a Portal page. Note that the texts are showing with LTR alignment in Service Portal (sp) even though that the language, in reality, is supposed to be written from the RTL. Steps to Reproduce Install the Hebrew language plugin (Navigate to System Definition > Plugins, and activate I18N: Hebrew Translations).Hop into an instance in Kingston.Go to Hebrew language and notice that the Text Direction is set to Right-to-Left: Hebrew language URL: /nav_to.do?uri=sys_language.do?sys_id=9a675449c322010091fefd251eba8f9f Switch language to "Hebrew"(click the cogwheel icon on the banner frame and select "Hebrew" for the field 'Language').
