When a Record Producer is the only catalog item ordered from an "Order Guide" in the Service Portal, the user is not directed to the record view. Instead the user will see: Request not found.
This is expected behavior. Order guide submissions are expected to be used to submit a group of compatible requested items and associate them with one request. We direct users to view the generated REQ after an order guide is submitted; however, when submitting a record producer, an REQ is not created. Therefore we see Request not found.
Avoid using a record producer within an Order Guide or create a redirect to view the created record under the correct conditions.
