Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to incident.LIST 2. Personalize the list and add "category" and "subcategory" on the list view 3. Double click on category > set category to "--none--" > notice that you are still able to see the choices for subcategory 4. Open the same incident > set the category to "--none--" on the form, and now try editing subcategory. Note that now subcategory will not show any choices.

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of this problem, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
