Requested Items missing workflows in production


RITMs are missing workflows. 


Possible Causes:

1.Request was cancelled before "Approval" field on the Request changed to 'Approved'. 

2. While Approval is in 'Requested' state on the parent Request, RITM was closed as 'Incomplete'. 

By design, workflow on the RITM will not be triggered until Approval field in the Request changes to 'Approved'


Do not change the state on the RITM to 'closed incomplete' before Approval on the Request changes to 'Approved'.  Because workflow on the RITM attaches only when Approval on the Request changes to 'Approved.'
