Blank page is opened when creating or updating a recordDescriptionIn some cases when a user submits a record or updates a record their screen goes to a blank page. The issue is related to tiny url and the link that is being generated. On the record that has a tiny url, when doing an update or submit action, it will navigate away from the page but has trouble loading the page it should load causing the issueSteps to Reproduce 1. Go to sys_properties.list and find glide.tiny_url_min_length and set it to 30 (sys_properties.do?sys_id=466ce311c0a80a6847eda8e6c0ca9261)2. Do a cache.do3. In filter navigator, go to incident.list and open a record4. In the top bar of the record, right click and go to Configure -> Form Layout and add any field and click save5. If the screen goes back to the incident record try step 4 again until you get a blank screen See screenshot and video in the reproduction of STR'sAlternate STR's where it is much more difficult to reproduce the issue and seems more random1.
