Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Word doc with several embedded images. 2. Copy the contents of the Word doc. 3. Paste contents into a Knowledge article. 4. Save & publish article. 5. Check the "Manage Attachments"

You can notice that all the pasted images has same file name.

Actual Behaviour : Pasted images should have a different file name Expected Behaviour : Pasted images should have a different file names and not same.

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
