Ticket Conversations Widget in Service Portal not retrieving journal fieldsIssue Journal fields are not appearing on the Service Portal ticket conversation widget. Once the ticket is opened, it only shows the creation details.CauseThe service portal displays the fields on the form/ticket depends on the view. If a specific view for Service Portal is defined and Activities (filtered) is not added under the Service Portal view, this issue may occur. Also, under the activity filter, if the additional comment option is not checked for the affected user, additional comments will not appear.ResolutionAdd activity stream under Service Portal view of the incident.
