Double Workflows are getting attached in some change requests Issue There is an issue with certain change requests where two workflows are being added, which is causing problems with the completion and advancement of the changes. This problem may only happen occasionally with a few change requests, but when it does occur, both workflows are added simultaneously.

Cause There could be some custom "Inbound Action" which might be updating some comments on the change request

Resolution Deactivate the custom "Inbound Action" which is updating the comments on the change request
