(i.e. Impact=3, Urgency=3, as a result Priority equals to 5)3- Create a template including Category, Impact and Urgenct fields (in this order) i.e. Category=software, Impact=1, Urgency=14- Apply the created templateActual result: The Priority field doesn't get updated. The value stays as 5Expected result: The Priority field should be updated. The value should be 1WorkaroundThis problem has been fixed.
