Highlighted/blue text selection remains highlighted in iPhone browser in Service Portal pages Description Highlighted/blue text selection remains highlighted in iPhone browser in Service Portal pages, even when scrolling away from the selection.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use an iPhone (say iPhone X). 2. Open the /sp portal page in a browser. 3. In the search, type "testing". 4. Tap on it to select all, and copy.

5. Keep that text selected, and try to scroll down/up screen. Observe the blue/highlighted selection still stays on the form.

Workaround This issue (not occurring in the native UI) will be addressed in the new ServiceNow Agent mobile app, as the classic mobile app will be deprecated and is no longer getting changes.
