They use the JSON format for setting up this configuration. But however, only one instance appears on the configured instances list when the user opens Intune and select the ServiceNow app on their mobile device. This is expected behavior and working as per design. Unfortunately, the platform currently only support being able to configure a single instanceCustomers will, therefore, see only one of their instances although they have configured multiple instances on the Intune blade.Related Links If this requirement is critical, customers can raise an enhancement request and the corresponding DEV team will prioritize accordingly.
