Release All Release Cause These Dashboard Widgets need to be updated by a data collection job. Out of the Box, the data collection job is inactive. Changing it to active and manually running the job the first time should populate the values. O Once active, the data collection job will run daily. Resolution You solve this issue by following the steps below: 1. Navigate to Performance Analytics > Data Collector > Jobs 2. In the Name column, search for "[PA PPM] Data Collections Daily" and open the record 3. Check the Active checkbox 4. Save the form 5. Click the "Execute Now" button to collect the data and populate the dashboard properly
