Requests created from Walk-up Interaction Records is not getting related/mapped to Interaction(IMS) record Issue Requests created from Walk-up Interaction Records is not getting related/mapped to Interaction(IMS) record

Steps to Reproduce Log into out of the box instance Navigate to Interaction ➔ "Active" interactions Open any WIP'd interaction Click on "Create Request" related link It will redirects to the Service Catalog Page Open any catalog item and Submit any request Verify the mapping of interaction with Request Cause "Use Cart Layout" field is set as false for the catalog item.

Open the catalog item used while creating the request and check if "Use Cart Layout" field is set as false.

If "Use Cart Layout" is set as false, when we try to create a request from a task, the request will not get associate with the task.

Resolution Recommend to set "Use Cart Layout" field as True in the catalog item
